Sarah Witchell, Principal Consultant

Sarah Witchell

Sarah is a solicitor with experience in both private practice and the public sector. She is now acting as a legal and corporate governance consultant whilst also undertaking an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance. Sarah is currently on the board or in a company secretary role in a range of third sector organisations.

Brendan Mullan

Brendan has extensive senior management experience in the voluntary, public and private sectors, successfully leading organisations at Managing Director and Chief Executive level.

A Fellow of the Institute of Directors, he achieved distinction in the IoD Diploma in Company Direction and is a Chartered Director. He is a member of the IOD national assessment panel for the award of Chartered Director.

His academic background also includes a degree in business administration and accountancy from Queen’s University Belfast, the Irish Peace Institute Management Fellowship, and the German Marshall Fellowship to the USA.
